Frankie has sourced the highest quality and least polluted cod livers from Alaska. They are then hand sifted for only the highest quality ones, over 80% of them being removed, with the final ones being poached as shortly as possible at a low temperature. 

The difference in appearance and taste is something you will notice immediately when compared to any regular canned cod liver. This is the combination of careful selection with minimal heat.
