This adds a great flavor to Frankie's bean dip, sometimes the olive oil can leak out without the jar breaking in shipping would be my only issue.

These Artichokes…

I’m at a loss for words. I’ve never had artichokes like these. First of all, they’re gigantic; reminds of those ships in a bottle, lol. Makes me wonder how they got so many huge artichoke hearts in one jar! (They are packed tight in there; it takes a bit of determination and patience to get them out in whole pieces)! Two artichokes hearts with a sprinkle of sea salt and I’m all set with a nice light lunch or quick little snack. Tastes good and no tough fibers. Will definitely order again.

Artichoke dip is wonderful. Tastes a bit like sour cream and onion flavored mashed potatoes.
