I ordered 27 dozen soy and corn free eggs from this website. As the website say “Free Shipping on Domestic Orders Over $150” and my subtotal came out to be “$198”. It also says “order separately” which I did and the eggs were the only things in my cart. I fulfilled my side of the agreement, but in the other hand Franky did not. When my order finally arrived I only received one box of eggs that contained approximately 12 dozen. When I got it I thought what heck that’s weird, whenever I shop from Frankie all my boxes arrive at the same time, I thought it was a little weird but in my head I’m like “I trust Frankie, I’ve ordered from him many times before and whenever there’s a mistake he fixes it right away. I’m sure it’s just stuck in transit or something”. Then when I came home from work the next day I realized I haven’t got a second package yet.. That’s when I decided to email Franky about my missing package. When he finally did respond after a couple of days he said “ The shipping is not free on the foods website - you will have to pay the invoice for two boxes”. I said
“ Your website states “Free shipping on Domestic orders over $150 & 5% off $200+”, so how is shipping not free on the foods website? I payed what I was told to pay which was $198, so what invoice do I have to pay? I fulfilled my side of the so called “contract” of the transaction, you did not fulfill your side. I still have yet to receive what I was promised when I completed my purchase after you took the money out of my bank account.
I ask again, do you need proof that I was only delivered one package of eggs, I am happy to show you. * I need my refund of what I am missing* again, this is order #20777”
That was before I saw his invoice email. What was in the invoice email is him putting in 12 dozen eggs (keep in mind he knows I’m missing 15dozen) into an order and tacking in a $50 California shipping fee. So he tried making me pay $50 more even though I’ve already payed what I needed to pay. He is charging me for his mistake of either not sending both packages, or it getting lost in shipping. The funny thing is, is that he only added the 12 dozen eggs even though he knows he owes me 15 dozen because it makes it easier for him to save himself money because his eggs come in 12 dozen per box, so if he would’ve added my other 3 dozen he owes me, it would’ve costed him more to ship another 2 boxes. In the emails it just makes it seem that Franky doesn’t like to own up to his mistakes. I even told him multiple times that if he wanted video evidence of me only receiving one box from the shipping company I can provide that because I have cameras at home. He never replied to that because I think if he does he’d know 100% that it’d be on him and he doesn’t want to admit it, or whatever is going on in Frank Tufano’s brain. It baffles me that he’d treat a long time customer like this. Please own up to your mistake Frankie and refund me my $110 🙏. I worked hard for that money. I thought my hard earned money was going to a trust worthy person, but I guess not. It’s a shame that I he has such high quality products, but treats his customers for his own mistake like this. If I don’t get my refund I will never ever buy from Frankie, even though his products are good. I also will have to dispute the charges in the next week or 2 if I don’t receive my refund. This truly sucks 😪
