Pork is corn and soy free raised on the famous acorn-rich pasture of Spain.

Why Free Range?

The nutrition of our food depends on how it was grown, especially animal products. These vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids are stored in the protein and fat, determining both taste and nutrient content. Feedlot animals are not only missing the quality diet that make their meat taste good, they can have "off" flavors, a lower nutrient content, and an imbalanced fatty acid ratio. We strive to procure quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as it should be.

Our lard is low temperature rendered. We keep the temperature low to maintain nutrition and prevent degrading the fat.

Favorite stuff to cook with

Can cook anything with it, high smoke point, great taste, cant find anywhere else

Excellent lard!

It's so nice to be able to get clean, real quality foods like this. I use it mostly for eggs. A quick spoon of this in the pan brings eggs from ok to Excellent. Will be ordering again!

Easy to work with and great taste

Unlike tallow it’s semi solid at room temp, nice so I don’t have to scrape it off with a spoon. Great flavor wise, adds a subtle pork flavor without the extra salt of bacon drippings

Smells and Tastes Great, However...

The product is definitely of good quality. It tastes and smells wonderful. The only reason for 3 stars is because Frank was not very professional when I messaged him about my late order and did not keep me updated when I asked, so I had to email him again. Also, the pork lard jar was saturated in fat, but fortunately he packs them well so the mess was contained. He did offer a credit/discount, however did not respond to my last email to him, therefore earning a 3 star overall experience. Great product, but customer service leaves much to be desired.
